I first reached out to Tails when our puppy Buddy refused to move when out on a lead. He would glue his bottom to the floor and that was it, there was no moving him. However, after a few 1 to 1 sessions with Karen , and her beautiful dog Dennis, Buddy was happily trotting away and has loved walking ever since. 

 

We then decided to sign Buddy up for the puppy and child training course. It was a fantastic course for not only teaching Buddy the basics but gave our daughter real confidence with looking after and helping us train him. 

 

We sadly struggle to make any of the further courses now but we will drop into their weekly play session when we can as to us the Tails family are just that, not only to the boys but us too.
