Gav has fear based reactivity issues with other dogs, this was making walks stressful for him and me.  Although a little dog, he could be ferocious and it was clearly very distressing for him.  Through the guidance of Tails of Success we are learning to manage the situations, so that Gav is much happier and as his owner I am more confident that I am supporting him.   Both Karen and Tina are so knowledgeable and supportive, go over and above to share their knowledge and experience, training both the dog and owner.  The classes are friendly and fun and have made a tangible impact on easing and reducing Gav's issues.  I know without the support of Tails for Success we would be still dreading every walk and Gav would be stressed and unhappy.    I can't thank them enough and although we aren't "cured" yet I feel positive and more importantly with the coping strategies we have learnt Gav is much happier and much more relaxed.
