Jim
Hi, I'm Jim one of the trainers at Tails of Success, I have had dogs all my life and it is a true passion, these photos show two of my proudest dog moments, both involve our Husky Fenrir, one is him winning his class at Crufts, and the other is us racing. I find it amazing that one dog can enjoy such different activities, because all they really care about is having fun with you. For my "day job" I am an engineer on London Underground, so I'm not able to be at as many classes as I would like. One of the classes I do take is scent training, which is a fantastic challenge as no two dogs are the same and I really get to see dog and owner alike grow and bond together, working through the difficulties and problems. Despite what people say, breed is no barrier or excuse for not being able to do something, I find so many people say "oh he won't do that because he is a "insert breed here" and we see time and time again that any dog can do anything if you put the work in and build the bond, one of the main reasons I enjoy being part of the Tails family is I get to see these bonds grow and flourish, and there are very few things as beautiful as a strong bond between human and dog.
